In Fukushima, again on March 11, 2011, we had an accident because of external causes. The tsunami caused the damage and the plant had ceased operation at the time of the earthquake, which occurred shortly before. The shutdown of the reactor went as planned, according to Japanese authorities. However, the cooling system could be operational in the absence of electricity .Masive trasfer of population to south to safer from radiation observed. Residents of Tokyo using trains to move to Osaka or southwest of the country.
In Fukushima, what remains disturbing is that the two reactors 1 and 3 were destroyed and there is a problem with the shield of the reactor 2.
The hydrogen explosion took place outside the protective shell of the nucleus. Once this is understood, the radioactive material contained, trapped in the reactor vessel, with the exception of vapors released.
What is certain is that people working in the area of Fukushima accept radioactive pollution. Within a radius of 30 km around the plant, the population is removed. The Ministry of Health indicate that the levels of radioactivity have exceeded the safety levels in Fukushima and neighboring region Imparaki and banned the sale of fresh milk from the region Foukousima.Health authorities officer in Taiwan announced that for the first time they detected radio activity in 14 kg beans from Kagoshima in southern Japan which were imported from Japan. It is the first time reported outside of food contamination from  Japan. According to the local media,  contaminated vegetables are broccoli, spinach, cabbage and cauliflower. Furthermore, there is anxiety about the possibility of radioactive contamination and the sea, with public institutions in the country to have detected radioactivity in rain and tap water and seek tighter controls on fish and shellfish caught along the shore .Further more citizens must  not consume milk from areas near the site of a nuclear accident while the U.S. banned imports of milk and spinach from Japan.
